Ve\u0107ina padova zavr\u0161ila bi bez ozljeda samo da smo se fizi\u010dki pripremili za ovu prekrasnu aktivnost u prirodi! Tr\u010danje ili druge kardio vje\u017ebe, intervalni treninzi, vje\u017ebe ja\u010danja nogu i trupa te istezanje vrlo su korisni u pripremi za spustove po bijelim padinama. Jaki mi\u0161i\u0107i dr\u017ee zglobove stabilnima, posljedi\u010dno imamo i ja\u010de ligamente i tetive, ne padamo zbog umora i nedostatka snage i sli\u010dno. Napravite plan vje\u017ebanja koji uklju\u010duje najmanje 3-4 puta tjedno jedinice vje\u017ebanja od najmanje 30 minuta do sat vremena. Bilo bi jako dobro krenuti 2-3 mjeseca prije skija\u0161ke sezone (jo\u0161 bolje ako vje\u017ebamo cijelu godinu ;)), ali \u0107e biti korisno i ako po\u010dnemo 3 tjedna prije prvih dana na snijegu. Poku\u0161ajte izvoditi vje\u017ebe u ritmu disanja, odnosno izdisajem tijekom te\u017eeg dijela vje\u017ebe (kada se
