La maggior parte delle cadute si sarebbe conclusa senza infortuni se solo fossero stati fisicamente preparati per questa meravigliosa attivit\u00e0 nella natura! Corsa o altri esercizi cardio, l'allenamento ad intervalli, gli esercizi di rafforzamento delle gambe e del core e anche lo stretching sono molto utili nella preparazione alle discese sulle piste. Muscoli forti mantengono stabili le articolazioni, di conseguenza abbiamo anche legamenti e tendini pi\u00f9 forti, non cadiamo per stanchezza e mancanza di forza e cos\u00ec via. Createvi un piano di esercizi che includa almeno 3-4 volte a settimana unit\u00e0 di allenamento da almeno 30 minuti a un'ora. Sarebbe molto utile iniziare 2-3 mesi prima della stagione sciistica (meglio ancora se ci alleniamo tutto l'anno ;)), ma sar\u00e0 utile anche iniziare 3 settimane prima dei primi giorni sulla neve. Provate a eseguire gli esercizi seguendo il ritmo della respirazione, ovvero espirando durante la parte pi\u00f9 difficile dell'esercizio (quando ci si
