TRAININGS
Personal training is a training completely tailored to your goals and desires. The training contains the knowledge and elements of the principles of rehabilitation, fitness, kinesiology, sports training, Pilates and also follows the latest international trends. The program, whether it is weight loss or muscle mass gain, is always a modeling or body building program in which we also strive to develop strength, general endurance, flexibility and coordination, correction of posture and other individual needs represented by the lifestyle and your desires. I create the program based on the preliminary interview, your goals and functional diagnostics.
Given the knowledge and experience in different types of workouts, I offer individual lessons based on your desires (Pilates, Yoga, Functional Exercise, Fitness, Endurance Training ...) and agreements.
With the knowledge of functional anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, the principles of sports training, fitness, pilates, functional training and knowledge acquired in collaboration with physiotherapists, I offer an individual training for rehabilitation after injuries to be agreed.

FITFUSION - edinstven program vadbe s prvinami fitnesa, pilatesa, joge, funkcionalne vadbe kjer je prvi del bolj intenziven, drugi pa namenjen aerobni vadbi in raztezanju.
POWER YOGA
Strength, flexibility and mindfulness Yoga is a way of life. It is about the union of body, soul, spirit, and mind.
Power Yoga focuses on muscle training and develops physical strength. Practicing rejuvenates your body, making it stronger, toned, more flexible and controlled. Many poses require core and arm strength. Your stamina and endurance will gradually improve and you’ll have stronger core muscles.
You can move through the practice at your own pace and level. Power Yoga is great if you need a cardio workout. It will help you to get in shape, manage your weight and stay fit, all that, while doing long slow deep breathing! When done swiftly, these movements can effectively raise your heart rate.
Sequences are done in a continuous, fast-paced way and the dynamic flow of the asanas (postures) may give you the sense of intensity. This style of yoga also emphasizes emotional and mental flexibility and strength. Asanas can affect not only your muscles and joints but also your emotions and enable purification. By practicing you will find a balance between feelings and emotions. It will help you deal with emotionally difficult situations, work through the pain and suppressed emotions, and overcome them. The equilibrium in your emotions will cause your organs and your whole body to work more efficiently and you will realize how strongly connected your body and mind are. Power Yoga will keep your body moving in coordination with the breath.
Breath awareness is particularly important in this practice. This sort of moving meditation and constant focus on the breath will purify and still your mind, relieve you of stress and allow you to alter patterns of unwanted behavior.
As a third level ski instructor and years of experience with children, young people and adults (Rogla ski school - SLO, Vogel ski school - SLO, Heugenhauser ski school - AUT, Devin ski club - ITA, Vitas ski club - SLO and several school camps) and positive feedback from satisfied customers and parents I offer ski learning by prior arrangement.
Based on experience as a touristic guide and passionate about outdoor activities, I offer hiking and cycling tours on the Slovenian coast, Istra and the Karst by prior arrangement.
In collaboration with a travel agency, I offer customized packages for weekends, holidays and active / sports trips.
Depending on your preferences and needs, I offer a training plan, both in the gym and with bodyweight.
Depending on the basal metabolic rate, which I measure, and the level of your activity, I create a meals plan to achieve your goal (increase muscle mass, lose excess fat ...).
